We may collect uploaded images, generated preview and final artwork URLs, order information, payment status, email address, and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

Uploaded images

Images you upload are used to generate your artwork. Uploaded images and generated outputs may be stored so that we can provide previews, final downloads, order pages, and support.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. VenueSketch does not store your full card number. Stripe may process payment and billing information according to its own privacy practices.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate VenueSketch, including hosting, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, database storage, and AI image generation.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, generate previews and final artwork, process orders, send delivery emails, provide customer support, and improve VenueSketch.
