Refund Policy

VenueSketch sells digital AI-generated artwork downloads. Because digital files are generated and delivered after purchase, refunds are generally limited.

Preview before purchase

We provide a watermarked preview before checkout so you can review the general style before buying the final non-watermarked artwork.

When refunds may be offered

We may offer a refund if your payment was successful but the final artwork could not be generated or delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

When refunds are not usually offered

Refunds are not usually offered because you changed your mind, uploaded the wrong image, expected a different artistic style after approving the preview, or no longer need the artwork.

If something went wrong with your order, contact us at hello@venuesketch.app with your order ID and the email used at checkout.
