Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of VenueSketch, an online service that turns user-uploaded venue photographs into AI-generated wedding stationery artwork.

Use of the service

You may use VenueSketch only for lawful purposes and only with images you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and transform any photo submitted to VenueSketch.

AI-generated artwork

VenueSketch uses third-party AI tools to generate artwork. Results can vary and may not exactly match the uploaded image. We provide a watermarked preview before purchase so you can review the style before buying the final download.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. After successful payment, your final non-watermarked artwork is generated and delivered through the success page, customer order page, and email where available.

No professional advice

VenueSketch provides digital artwork only. We do not provide printing, stationery design consultation, legal advice, or professional image licensing advice.

Limitation of liability

VenueSketch is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
